Meeting Ally is proudly developed by Halosoft Pty Ltd, which is why you will see this on your invoices and billing.
Inviting Team Members
When you add a new team member, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
This ensures fair, consistent pricing without disrupting your existing subscription period.
Cancelling your subscription
We want you to stay in control of your subscription.
While we believe Meeting Ally delivers strong value at a competitive price, administrators can request to cancel a subscription directly from Settings → Billing & Plans.
Additional details
When a cancellation is requested, all account administrators are automatically notified by email.
The team retains full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
After this period, your account will be marked as expired. You’ll still be able to access existing meetings, but won’t be able to create new ones without an active paid plan.
There is also a handy undo feature in the event this was done in error or you change your mind prior to the account expiring.
Deleting your Account
You are in control of your data and can request to have it deleted at any time by submitting a support request.
In-app Deletion is expected to release in January.
