All payments and billing are handled through Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment platform.

Meeting Ally is proudly developed by Halosoft Pty Ltd, which is why you will see this on your invoices and billing.



Inviting Team Members

When you add a new team member, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
This ensures fair, consistent pricing without disrupting your existing subscription period.


Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, simply submit  a support request .
When you cancel your subscription, you will retain your full functionality until the end of your current billing period.
In-app cancellation controls are scheduled for release in December.


Deleting your Account

You are in control of your data and can request to have it deleted at any time by submitting  a support request .
In-app Deletion is expected to release in December.
