Improvements
Record Now
We’ve enhanced the experience to make recording meetings smoother and more reliable. Updates include a more streamlined flow to guide you through the process, clearer messaging and notifications when no audio is detected, and the ability to download a copy of your recording if you would like a back up or to upload later. You’ll also now see a progress indicator while recordings upload, so you always know their status.
As an additional safeguard, recordings can no longer be started unless audio input is detected from the selected microphone, helping prevent missing audio caused by an incorrect or muted microphone.

If your team is approaching your monthly Meeting Ally usage limit, we’ll now send an email notification when you reach 80% of your included hours. This helps you monitor usage for the remainder of the billing period, avoid overage charges, or consider upgrading your plan.
This email will be sent to all users with the Administrator role.
Reminder: usage is pooled across your team. For example, three users on the Professional plan share 120 monthly hours, so admins will be notified once 96 hours have been used.
