Work calendars often include many types of meetings—internal stand-ups, work-in-progress sessions, focus time, lunch blocks, and personal appointments.
To keep your Meeting Ally view focused on , we automatically hide certain meetings based on built-in rules.
Meetings are auto-hidden when:

This helps ensure internal discussions don’t appear alongside your client meetings.
In Settings → Practice Profile, there is a Domain field (automatically filled in when you sign up). This field allows an administrator to define your organization’s email domain, for example:
If all meeting participants have email addresses on this domain, the meeting is considered internal and will be hidden automatically.
Auto-hide rules are applied with Meeting Ally.
To avoid overriding any changes you make later, meetings that are edited after syncing are . If this happens, you can manually show or hide the meeting as needed.
