Complete Meetings
You can now mark meetings as Complete directly from the mobile app, making it easier to keep your meetings organised wherever you are. Simply tap and hold on a meeting card from the home screen, or use the ellipsis (three dots) menu when viewing a meeting.
Record Now meetings
Meetings don’t always start exactly on time, so we’ve made Record Now meetings more flexible. Synced meetings without a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link (record now meetings) will now remain available for longer, allowing you to start recording directly from the meeting card when you’re ready.
Even after a meeting moves to Waiting for Upload, you can still access Record Now from the ellipsis (three dots) menu on the meeting card—ideal for dictating a file note or capturing additional notes.

Push Notifications
Meeting Ally will now notify you in real time when your meeting is ready to review, keeping you up to date without needing to check back. Simply tap the notification to open your meeting and jump straight into reviewing your file note.
Share recordings from other apps
Getting recordings from other apps on your device, into Meeting Ally is now much easier. Simply use your device's Share option to send a recording directly to Meeting Ally app, eliminating the need to search through files or manually upload recordings.
