Meeting Ally is designed to make billing simple, transparent, and secure. All payments, team management, and subscription changes follow clear processes so you always stay in control.
Roles
Within settings you can set users as either administrators or advisers:
Administrators
Administrators can access the practices settings area and make changes that affect the entire subscription such as:
Inviting team members
Deactivating team members who have left your organisation
Updating billing and subscription details
Your company should always have one administrator user, for this reason administrators cannot change their own roles - only another administrator could do this.
Advisers
These users have no access to practice settings, all the options they can change only affects their owns ession.
New users invited to a team will start with this role by default.
Configuring our own Templates
Many file noting solutions focus on giving users the ability to create their own templates and while these can be helpful often the results pale in comparison to a purpose built note. They can also easily consume a lot of your staffs time and effort to setup, test and ensure they are consistent.
Meeting Ally provides best of breed templates that cover the whole spectrum of advice, so that you have high calibre, detailed and compliant file notes out of the box - no configuration needed.
